Just another day in the Republic

This morning I found out I had the day off, and that I could catch a ride into the city but they were leaving right that minute. So I got dropped off at the metro with no plans. I decided to hop off the metro and see the Dancing House, which is awesome, and then head out of the city and explore more of the Czech Republic. After my first two choices fell through, for various reasons, I decided to head to Karlstjen, as I was told the castle there is a must see. I spent the day wandering the streets of the tiny village, taking a couple hundred pictures of the castle (no joke), and taking pretty much a private tour through most of the castle. I ended the day with a typical Czech meal, roasted pork knuckle, potato dumplings and cabbage. I know it sounds horrible, but it was super yummy. Another delightful day in the Czech Republic.
